User Experience (UX) Design
I worked as a freelancer for Zentso, a tech company specializing in assisting non-profit organizations with CRM system implementation. My task was to redesign their current website, with a particular focus on enhancing the Homepage. The objective was to maintain consistency in terms of content and colors compared to the existing website, while ensuring a modern, inviting, and intuitive user experience. To kickstart the process, I began by reimagining the User Experience through the creation of wireframes. Collaborating closely with the Zentso project team, we extensively analyzed and evaluated the User Flow. Utilizing valuable feedback gathered during this process, I made necessary adjustments to improve the UX design.

User Interface (UI) Design
To develop the User Interface (UI) Design, I delved into Zentso's values and embraced the company's philosophy. Zentso, derived from Zen and Entso, draws inspiration from Zen Buddhism. I aimed to incorporate this essence into my three design concepts. The header design was inspired by the serene Zen garden. I crafted three unique designs along with accompanying wireframes. Zentso provided feedback on the three websites, highlighting the elements they favored in each version. Incorporating their feedback, I refined my design and embarked on the first iteration. Zentso meticulously analyzed the revised designs and shared their insights. Through the second iteration, we honed in on a suitable design and website structure. Guided by their feedback, I developed UI components that ultimately culminated in the final websites.

User Testing
I conducted user testing sessions to gather feedback on the new website design. Participants performed tasks while I observed their interactions and collected their feedback. Based on their input, I made necessary adjustments to improve the user experience and address usability concerns. User testing ensured the design met user expectations and preferences.

Logo Redesign
I had the opportunity to also design the logo. Throughout the process, I created multiple variations of the logo, allowing for different possibilities and directions. Working closely with the project team and the CEO of the company, we engaged in feedback loops to refine and perfect the logo. Together, we collaborated to make informed decisions and ultimately reached a final version that everyone was satisfied with. It was a rewarding experience to see the logo come to life through teamwork and a shared vision.
